From the orchards of Casas da Levada comes Endémica Cider — an authentic expression of Ponta do Pargo and Madeira’s cider-making tradition.

Produced exclusively from endemic apples from Ponta do Pargo, carefully selected, Endémica captures the identity of our orchard and the unique character of this land in every bottle.

With a natural, dry and balanced profile, it presents an elegant citrine-yellow colour, a clear appearance and medium to high aromatic intensity. On the palate, it reveals medium to high acidity, sufficient astringency, characteristic apple bitterness and a persistent finish, resulting in a fresh, gastronomic cider with excellent balance.

With 6.0% alcohol by volume and presented in a 50 cl bottle, Endémica is a cider with a distinctive identity, best enjoyed chilled and designed to complement a variety of occasions at the table.
