Collect keys from the reception for check-in from 15:00 to 18:00.
Collect keys from the reception safe for check-in after 18:00. To check in after 18:00 it is necessary to request self check-in to obtain the necessary information.
To confirm the reservation, the total amount of the stay (prepayment) will be debited from the credit/debit card entered. In case of payment processing failure, the reservation will be cancelled.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The guest can change free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they change in the 30 days before arrival. Changing booking dates is always subject to availability.
For event bookings, long stays or +2 house bookings, the free cancellation/amendment period is 90 days before arrival.
Conditions for children and extra beds
Children of any age are allowed.
The number of standard guests and the maximum number of cots, sofa beds or single beds depends on the house chosen.
Extra values (applicable if the standard number of guests in the house is exceeded):
0 – 2 years: €15 per child/per night
+2 – 11 years: €25 per child/per night
12 and over: €35 per person/per night
The extra values are per person/child and will be applied regardless of whether or not a cot, sofa bed or single bed is used.
Smoking is not permitted in the interior areas of the property.
Pets are not allowed.

The purchase of products in E-Commerce from Casas da Levada, Turismo Rural, Lda. is subject to the following terms and conditions:
A) All alcoholic products available for sale in the online store can only be purchased by people who are of legal age to do so in their country of residence.
B) All prices and other information presented in the online store may be changed without prior notice and are always subject to existing stock.
C) Under current Portuguese legislation, Casas da Levada, Turismo Rural, Lda. are obliged to add the value of VAT to the legal rates for all products. All prices include VAT.
D) Orders for Mainland Portugal and Islands, as well as orders for Europe, are delivered by contracted transport companies. For other destinations, please contact us.
E) All orders placed through the online store will only be processed after payment.
F) All products must be checked and analyzed by the customer immediately upon delivery. If any damage to the product is detected, the customer must return it to the transport company and duly justify the reason for the return on the delivery note and immediately notify Casas da Levada, Turismo Rural, Lda., which will quickly resolve the situation.
G) Casas da Levada, Turismo Rural, Lda., recognizes all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they sign with it, allowing them to return products purchased under Decree-Law no. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05.
H) Casas da Levada, Turismo Rural, Lda., reserves the right to cancel orders that result in incorrect values due to computer errors, returning the amounts paid immediately to the buyers.
I) Transportation Cost
The amount to be charged depends on the location of delivery, in Mainland Portugal, Islands or other international destination and the weight of the merchandise in question.
J) The total value of expenses relating to the transportation of goods is charged to the customer.
