Conditions

1. The voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date stated on it.

2. The holder of the voucher will be considered the holder of the voucher.

3. Casas da Levada is not responsible for any misuse of the voucher, so in case of loss or misplacement the value will be considered lost.

4. After the validity period ends, the voucher will be automatically cancelled.

5. Use of the voucher is subject to prior reservation and availability.

6. Reservations must be made to the email: reservas@casasdalevada.com.

7. The placement of extra beds, cots or the upgrade to superior type houses is subject to additional payment of the respective supplements.

8. The supplements listed in the previous article must be paid directly at the hotel at check-in.

9. Mandatory presentation of the voucher at check-in.
